Creating a one-page document/concept paper can be a good way to start organizing your larger proposal and can be a starting point in searching for funding sources. Some sponsors require submission of concept papers prior to their solicitation of fully-developed proposals based on these papers.
Your document/concept paper should:
- describe the proposed project or activity as clearly, concisely, and specifically as possible, and
- relate your ideas to the University's, Curry School's and (if you have one in mind already) your funding organization's mission statements and long-range plans.
