Directions for the Student Directory
We are so excited to have a new student directory at the Curry School!
Here are directions on how to complete your profile.
From the Current Students Resource Page, click on the Student Directory. Since you have NOT yet created your profile, you should encounter a screen like the following:
From this screen, click on the "student registration page" imbedded in the second paragraph OR the "Register" link at the bottom right.
Because you have entered this screen through Netbadge, the system will recognize that you are a U.Va. student and, using your computing ID, retrieve some limited information about you. Please verify that YOUR NAME appears in the form and that it is correct.
As the directions indicate, it is important that you have a photo that has been formatted into a square for the directory.
Finish this page by clicking "Add Me!"
Following the general information page, you will find a second screen asking more specific questions about you. If you don't add, at least, some information requested on this and the next page, we will not be able to display your information in the online student directory!
This screen sends you to UVA People search to upload your photo. Search using your name or computing ID to get to your page on UVA People search. At the bottom of that page will be a link to "Update your University of Virginia directory entry." That's where you can upload your photo.
Finish this page by clicking "Update My Info!"
Next is the third of 3 screens. Fill out your degree information and click "Add Degree." Similarly, complete the activity section and click "Add Activity." Individually complete the activity section for EACH activity you would like to list.
To EDIT your profile, find yourself in the student directory and click on your last name. On the detail page for your information, you will see a link to "Edit Your Info" and clicking on this link will take you to this profile edit page:
